Oklahoma Troopers Say Semi’s Lost Wheels Caused Crashes, 1 Fatal

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a array of crashes happened shortly before 5 a.m. Monday on Interstate 40. Troopers who responded contend they found a passed womanlike in a cab of a pickup with endless repairs to a windshield motorist side of a vehicle. Her name and age were not immediately available.
